The Hunger Games Tour Information

There is a tour for The Hunger Games fan tours of a day. People will be able to go to Brevard and Transylvania in North Carolina for three days. There are famed The Hunger Games where they filmed the movie. It will be fun if you like that. There are many good opportunities and activities to know about.

First, they can explore The Hunger Games spots. For example, they will see the Corncopia, the forest where tributes were fighting, and something.

Second, they can get skills of master fundamental survival. It’s like orienteering, camo face painting, and shelter building needed to excel in The Hunger Games. And they can have lunch like The Hunger Games style.

    The cost is 79 $ plus a $2 ticket processing fee from the tour’s ticket service. This schedules are May 26 & 27, July 14 & 15, and Aug. 11 & 12

In conclusion, this is a substantial plan of The Hunger Games. If people didn’t know and watch about the movie, they will be able to be fun. I think they will retain their precious memories.

The Hunger Games

I watched the movie of The Hunger Games. I was excited and nervous. My favorite part is the scene Rue was killed by tributes and Katniss decorated flowers around her body. I cried a lot. This scene was exciting for me. And I was surprised while the tributes began to fight. Each fight scene is so real. It is good movie. But I think the time should be extended more to show. When I read the movie, I felt excited and I want to watch the movie soon. But I was disappointed when I watched it. Because it summarized the book and it didn’t show all the important scenes. And it is difficult to understand, so it should explain each scene of details. If I haven’t been read the book, I couldn’t have understood the story.

Pow Wow

Let’s start to talk about the Pow Wow. This is Native American people’s way of meeting to join in dancing, singing, visiting, renewing old customs and making new friendships ceremony. And children can join the ceremony. There were sold a lot of jewelries. I felt there is difficult to dance, sing, and tap rhythm. I saw the people they was wearing traditional clothes like a bird. A few people wearing bells on their hoots. It looked so heavy to wear it. I touched wings, it was real material. And I heard some bells, drums, and stamp sounds. It was so load but it was matched the sound. I couldn’t explain the smell because I got smell different that I have never smelled. But the taste was good. It’s like unique taste. I felt all of the generation can enjoy. I thought they believe their traditional culture and think it important things and it is important to remember that the visual performance accept of their culture.

Spring Break

Spring Break

spring break podcast

I was so excited during spring break. I went to my roommate’s house and stayed about 3 days. Her house is located near Portland. First, my roommate and I took the bus and train. I was surprised because it was about 2 hours and cost 5 dollars. It’s so cheap to go to Portland. We met her parents. They were very kind to me. After that, we had dinner. We ate fish course. It was delicious. After dinner, we went to  VOODOO. It's a very famous doughnut store in Portland. It’s different than Japan. It was too sweet! Next day, Ryoko, my same class in TIUA, came to her house in the morning. And we and her boyfriend went to Portland. We have fun to go shopping. We went to some famous place and local people only know. It was so exciting. After that, her parents and we went to Rose's, German food restaurant. This is famous for beer and sausage. I drank non-alcoholic beer. It was taste good like cola. The final day, we played with her cat and games. Her cat is very cute! This game was “SORRY”. It’s like Japanese backgammon game. I won the game and it was so fun. After that, we ate ice cream. I was happy staying at her house and talking to her in English. I hope I can visit her house again during summer vacation.
